Motivecho ("Motivecho", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Motivecho Intelligence Inc., provides continuous autonomous competitor website monitoring, strategic motive decoding, and competitive intelligence tooling accessible via motivecho.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we process and store it, the third-party subprocessors we utilize, and your statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable privacy laws.

• Competitive Monitoring Configuration: The public domains, target URL paths (e.g. pricing, changelogs, terms), relevance criteria prompts, and alert webhook endpoints (Slack, Discord) that you choose to track.
• Billing & Payment Metadata: Payment processing is handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc. We never receive, process, or store complete credit card numbers on our servers. We receive only transaction identifiers, subscription status, and billing cycle timestamps.
• Product Analytics & Telemetry: Anonymized event interaction metrics via PostHog and technical exception traces via Sentry (browser user-agent, error stack traces, and page load performance).

3. Nature of Monitored Data (Public Web Content)

Motivecho's crawler captures and analyzes publicly accessible website content only (such as public pricing pages, release notes, and terms of service). We do not bypass paywalls, authenticate into private competitor accounts, or monitor non-public communications. Detected page changes, screenshots, and AI-generated counter-scripts are stored in encrypted databases and object storage.

We retain your account data and monitored competitor configurations for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account or cancel your subscription, you may request permanent deletion of your personal account data, tracked competitors, and historical analyses by contacting privacy@motivecho.com.
